There are no toothbrushes or toothpastes in the rooms. There is little soap (liquid only), shampoo is only in two small bags, which is not enough for two people. No water. But the rooms are clean and there are clean towels. The buffet is quite rich, the food is delicious. The price, in my opinion, is unreasonably high

The service is all good, but I want to say about the absolute nonsense that is going on in the rooms, the double beds are standing sideways to the TV, the air conditioning is blowing straight onto one of the beds.... Tear off the head of the wise guy who came up with this... The man is clearly in the wrong place, he is in the woods we have to go to Kolyma. Place the beds against the walls of the closet opposite the air conditioner and everything will be fine; the air conditioner will not interfere and the TV will be in a straight line and in general the room will be normal. I've been there 5 more times and I can add that the single rooms are simply bomb-cannon-cool. Other doubles will more or less work. I liked the professionalism of the staff - some guy tried to get to us, a security guard appeared out of nowhere and quickly dealt with the guy. And the girl at the reception apologized. We were there in October, it was cold at the beginning, but the hotel did not include radiators.

Our journey passes through Ufa. Since the roads were closed, there was no time to choose a hotel. They called the first one they found. To be honest, we were very, very pleased. The rooms are a little old, but very clean! It is most important! The location is gorgeous! Deluxe rooms with a view of the Ferris wheel! But we had a standard and it was no worse. The only thing that was missing was bars of soap! And there is a hairdryer and slippers and a robe and shower gel, there was no shampoo either. But we have our own. There is a restaurant at the hotel. Cuisine of Serbia! Delicious! The hotel staff is very professional! We will be happy to choose this hotel the next time we visit Ufa. Thank you for your vacation.
